Anika Lashawn Jackson

Anika was born on Wednesday December 13, 1972 to Barbara Jackson Foster (Johnny), and Minister (The late) Joseph Bell Jr., who introduced her to the Lord at an early age. Anika grew up in a very loving home with her two sisters Sharleman J. Wallace (Howard rip) and Sherry Jackson and one brother, Curtis Jackson (Shirley), to whom she was very close to. She also has a sister name Micah Bell Wesley. Anika loved her entire family very much, she was especially close to her cousin “ Damien”, to who they had more of a sister/brother relationship that they shared even into their adult lives. Anika had one daughter , Brittany Lashawn Jackson with whom she is walking around Heaven with. Anika was a proud grandmother of three grandkids, Malaina, Laila and Maison “Levi”.
She also  leaves to cherish her memories two nieces Aleshia W. Barges(Jay) and Tameicka Wallace, cousins, Aleshia Riley, Biya W. Friendship (Clarence), Pilar G. Johnson(John), Larry Bell, The Brown and Bell Family and other relatives and friends.

Anika was a “Fashionista”, she loved to dress up, wear her make-up, which she got that from her mother Barbara and her aunts Pauline, Mary, Lynette, and Margaret and even her uncle Leroy have some swag. On August 31, 2024, Anika took off her make up and changed into her white robe and moved into her new home in Heaven with the Lord, her father, her daughter and nephew Christopher Levi Jackson and other family members.
