Anthony David Scott

Mr. Anthony David Scott aka “Scotty
Boy” was born on July 14, 1965 to the
union of Walter and Marva Jean
Scott. Anthony accepted Christ at an
early age and in his later years he
enjoyed being in the house of the
Lord. He found great pleasure in
sitting outside listening to his music
daily and dancing. He loved to
dance and have a good time he was
the life of the party and he was self -
proclaimed “The Helicopter Man”
because of his known helicopter spin.
He leaves to cherish his memory five
sisters: Karen Scott, Janelle Scott,
Cassandra Jones, Wanda Jones and
Yolanda McKenzie; four brothers:
Walter P. Scott (Barbara), Terrance
Scott, Taurus Jones and Jarvi Scott
and a host of nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his mother,
Marva Jean Scott, maternal
grandparents, Otis and Velma
Swanson, and his paternal
grandparents, Herman and
Leona Scott.
Memorial Service Saturday September 21,2024 at 10:00am at Victory and Power Ministries 8940 Harry Dr Baton Rouge, La 70806. Professional Services entrusted to Resting Place Funeral Home.
