Kendall Maurice Jackson Sr was born on January 2, 1968 to proud parents William Jackson III and Sherryl Glasper Jackson. He was the oldest of five children. He was baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age at Mt Gillion Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev Morris J Parker. He graduated from Robert E Lee High in 1987. He married Bridgette Stone in 1996. Kendall (fondly known as Big Ken and Duckworth” enjoyed life to the fullest. He enjoyed sports, cooking, singing and spending time with his family and friends. When his health began to fail, he never gave up, he kept the faith, believed that God would always watch over him and he never stopped fighting. On Thursday September 15, 2002 at approximately 6:30pm Kendall slipped into eternity when God called him home. No more dialysis, no more pain, no more suffering. He would often say he was tired and broke down but he was not ready to die however; God saw fit for him to come on up a little bit higher and get his rest. He is finally at peace. He has fallen asleep in the peace of Jesus Christ and eternal life.
