In Loving Memory of Saintalise Laguerre

It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Saintalise Laguerre, who left this world on October 31, 2024, at the age of 29. Saintalise was a beautiful soul, full of love, kindness, and compassion, whose presence touched the lives of everyone she encountered. Though her time with us was far too short, the impact she made will resonate forever in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Saintalise graduated from high school in 2021, a moment of great pride for her family. Afterward, she pursued her passion for medical coding, determined to carve out a meaningful career in a field where she could help others. Her ambition was always paired with a sense of kindness and empathy, which defined her both professionally and personally. She was a woman who cared deeply for those around her, always striving to make the world a better place, one act of kindness at a time.

Saintalise’s love for her family was immeasurable. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Demond Crosby, with whom she shared a deep, unwavering bond. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Her son, Azar Lang, was the light of Saintalise’s life—her pride and joy. As a devoted mother, she poured all her love into Azar, ensuring that he always felt supported, cared for, and loved. Her role as a mother was something she held dear, and she was determined to give her son the best life possible.

Saintalise is also survived by her loving father, Samson Laguerre, and her brothers, Saintano Laguerre and Lesson Laguerre, as well as her sister, Gershonna Lundy. Her bond with her family was unbreakable, and they will forever carry her in their hearts. She was a cherished granddaughter to her grandmother, Leola Herbert, and a loving niece to her aunts, Reba Gaines, Latoya Fisher, and Aprielle Hunter.

Though her mother, Shannon James, and her grandfathers, Jessie James and Joseph Herbert Sr., p
receded her in death, Saintalise's legacy lives on through her family and the memories she leaves behind. She shared a special bond with her cousin, Jerrannia James, and we take comfort in knowing that they are now reunited in spirit.

Saintalise's love, joy, and infectious spirit will forever be remembered. Her memory will live on through her family, especially in the heart of her son, Azar Lang, who will carry her love with him always. Rest well, Saintalise Laguerre. You will always be in our hearts.
